As co-chair of the Nassau County Bar Association (“NCBA”) Appellate Practice Committee, Amy Abbandondelo moderated a session with esteemed guest speaker, N.Y. Court of Appeals Associate Judge Madeline Singas, held at NCBA headquarters, at which Judge Singas provided valuable insight into best practices for requesting leave to appeal to the N.Y. Court of Appeals, drafting briefs, and conducting oral argument.
