As co-chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Appellate Practice Committee, Amy Abbandondelo moderated a continuing legal education seminar with Associate Justice Mark C. Dillon of the Appellate Division, Second Department. Justice Dillon provided valuable insight into the Court’s decision-making processes, as well as the court’s substantial delays in hearing and determining appeals that currently affect litigants.
