(October 2019) In an acrimonious dispute between deceased’s widow and his siblings over the distribution of deceased’s estate in which deceased’s siblings claimed deceased’s widow had abandoned the deceased, Jim Truitt and Amy Abbandondelo negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of deceased’s widow, resulting in widow’s acquisition of a valuable two-family home in Queens.
